The Opposition Jamaica Labour Party notes with great sadness and regret the passing of the Hon. G. Raymond Chang.

Ray Chang was a Jamaican whose business acumen, experience and skills made him a most highly regarded entrepreneur in Jamaica, Canada and the rest of the Diaspora.

The Jamaica Labour Party today held a meeting of its Central Executive, the highest decision making body outside of conference.
